[IGSSTATION-8227] TSK2: antenna change

Dear colleagues,

We have changed the antenna at TSK200JPN to TRM159900-00 on 2021-146 4:40 UTC.
We also adjusted the monument. 
An updated site log has been submitted to IGS.
