[IGSSTATION-8198] BRUX00BEL: Installation of radome

Dear colleagues,

This morning (20/04/2021), we installed (after long hesitation) a SCIS radome on the antenna of the BRUX00BEL station.
The radome was installed to reduce the tracking degradations caused by birds.
An updated site log has been posted at the IGS Central Bureau.
