[IGSSTATION-8158] Data flow from all FSW sites interrupted

Dear colleagues,

beginning on 12.03.2021 the complete IT infrastructure of the geodetic 
observatory wettzell will be modernized.
That will interrupt all data coming from and going through
Wettzell (FSW).
At least the following EUREF and IGS(only) stations are affected:
AGGO00ARG, BADH00DEU, BUCU00ROU, EUSK00DEU, HOBU00DEU, HOFN00ISL, 
ISTA00TUR, KLOP00DEU, LHAZ00CHN, NICO00CYP, OHI200ATA, OHI300ATA, 
ORID00MKD, PTBB00DEU, REYK00ISL, SOFI00BGR, WRLG00DEU, WTZR00DEU, 
WTZS00DEU, WTZZ00DEU, WTZA00DEU.

Realtime data streams, coming directly from sites outside wettzell, are 
not affected.

Hopefully the work will be finished on sunday, 14.03.2021.
