[IGSSTATION-8135] PBRI00IND: decommissioned from the IGS on 15-OCT-2020

Dear Colleagues,

The PBRI00IND station operators have told me there was a mix up and the recently data posted for PBRI00IND is for a different station named PBR400IND.  Please discard any PBRI00IND data that you may have downloaded after 15-OCT-2020.  The PBRI00IND station has been officially decommissioned from the IGS Network as of 15-OCT-2020.  Many thanks to ISTRAC-ISRO for their contributions to the IGS.  The replacement station station will be announced after it has been reviewed.
