[IGSSTATION-8134] SOFI00BGR: new receiver and stopping submission of Rinex2 data

Dear colleagues,

on 2021-02-10 we installed a new Leica GR50 receiver at site SOFI00BGR. 
Simultaneously we stopped the submission of Rinex2 data.
An updated site log file has been submitted to EUREF and IGS.

We continue submitting Rinex3 data only.
