Dear colleagues,
As has been noticed by several IGS processing centers, analysis of the CHAN data has indicated there was a vertical displacement of approximately 90mm from the nominal estimated station position … some activity or event over the period of d323-326 in 2020, which included a data outage and resulted in other quality metric shifts in data that has followed.
Until we have an explanation from the site for this change to enter into the IGS site log and RINEX metadata, we will discontinue forwarding and publication of the data at the end of today (Jan 6).
If a site operator or known associate or collaborator can facilitate a reply, preferably to cb at igs.org, it would be much appreciated so that properly documented data flow may be restored as soon as possible.
Best regards,
-dave
