[IGSSTATION-7986] JOZE00POL: receiver change

Dear Colleagues,

Please note that on June 25, the receiver at station JOZE (Jozefoslaw, Poland)
was changed temporarily from Septentrio PolaRx5 to Septentrio PolaRx5S.

After a thunderstorm and power failure at the observatory, which took place
on June 18, the former receiver (PolaRx5) stopped working properly and needs
to be repaired. It will be installed again at the station when it returns
from the repair service.

No data were collected at station JOZE between day 170/2020 9:00 UTC and
day 177/2020 hour 17:17 UTC.
