[IGSSTATION-7936] Software update for Trimble Convert To RINEX requested

Dear Colleagues,

We recently reported some issues with GLONASS time offsets (GLUT) and BeiDou leap seconds in RINEX navigation files to Trimble. They now provide an updated version 3.14.0 of Trimble tool Convert To RINEX fixing these issues.

and includes the following fixes and enhancements:

• Corrected formatting issues with BDUT (BeiDou to UTC) and GLUT (GLONASS to UTC) in RINEX ephemeris files.
• Revised the BeiDou week number and time of the week in the BeiDou TIME SYSTEM CORR definition of the navigation message header
• Fixed incorrect field sizes for TIME SYSTEM CORR in the RINEX File.
• Updated the time reference to comply with future leap seconds in the BeiDou navigation message header.
• Added BeiDou Gen III B2B Observables.
• Reduced the ConverttoRinex utility’s loading time of large files.
• Addressed program crashes by disabling file import menus and buttons during the conversion process.


We are asking all IGS station operators using 'Convert To RINEX' to update to this recent software.  

We appreciate DLR for reporting the problem and working with Trimble to provide an updated software fix.
