[IGSSTATION-7935] KOS1: Lost data, receiver replacement

Dear all,

The PolaRx4 receiver at KOS1 developed a problem on 15 April 2020 around 17:30 UTC (possibly due to lightning strike) resulting in fewer and fewer satellites being tracked, eventually stop tracking in the morning of 16 April 2020 at around 07:30 UTC.

The receiver was replaced  by an identical PolaRx4 with s/n 3002074 today 20 April 2020 and resumed tracking around 07:30 UTC. We plan to upgrade the receiver to a PolaRx5e later this month.

An updated logfile has been submitted to the EPN and IGS.
