[IGSSTATION-7915] THU2: Firmware update

Dear colleguages.

THU2 (JAVAD SIGMA) has been firmware updated to LATEST version 3.7.9, and a new sitelog is submitted.
The update is needed in order to be able to execute the GREIS commands mentioned in message:

'[IGSSTATION-7914] URGENT Javad receiver tracking command for new GPS III satellite'
