[IGSSTATION-7634] Galileo rinex navigation files from Javad require immediate update of the translator

Dear all,

we also experienced GPS rollover issues for the Javad binary files between 096w-097d.  Afterwards, things appeared normally with the GPS time stamps.

On the other hand, the rollover affected also the GAL RINEX navigation (*EN) files with timestamps from the past (Aug 1999) and from the future (Nov 2038) for the 097a, Afterwards, all GAL navigation messages had time stamps in 1999. For your curiosity, here are some snapshots:

As Nacho Romero pointed out in his email, Javad released a new version of jps2rin (i.e. v2.0.168). This latest version fixes the issues but one must regenerate all *EN files starting with doy 096 and/or update the translator in your operational procedures as soon as possible. Things are back to normal at the moment.

Therefore, if you use the jps2rin translator in your RINEX production it is recommended to update it immediately so your *EN files have proper time stamps.
