[IGSSTATION-7628] ZIMJ: Receiver firmware and jps2rin version update

Dear colleagues,

Today, April 9, 2019, the jps2rin version for ZIMJ00CHE was updated to version 2_0_168 and the rinex files of DOY 098 were resubmitted.

The receiver firmware was already updated before the GPS week roll-over to version 3.7.5p1. Unfortunately, this could not prevent some tracking problems during the last few days.

An updated site log will be submitted to the IGS.
