[IGSSTATION-7609] multi GNSS hourly file request

Dear Colleagues,

The IGS requests that you please activate the hourly submission of MultiGNSS Rinex 3 files from all possible IGS stations. Your station MultiGNSS daily Rinex 3 file contributions are serving the IGS to study and better understand all the GNSS constellations. Your station data allows everyone to utilize all the GNSS constellations in the production of IGS products. To make more of an impact for time sensitive applications the IGS Analysis Centers require that as many multiGNSS stations as possible start to provide hourly MultiGNSS RINEX 3 data as well as the traditional daily files you have been providing.  Your assistance with this request is greatly appreciated.
