[IGSSTATION-7605] JOZ200POL: equipment change

Dear Colleagues,

on March 22 (81/2019) we changed the receiver at station JOZ200POL
(Jozefoslaw, Poland) from LEICA GRX1200GGPRO to a multi-GNSS receiver
TRIMBLE NETR9. At the same time, also the antenna was changed from
LEIAT504GG/NONE to TRM59800.00/NONE.

With this change, we also started submitting RINEX3 daily and hourly data.

The updated site log is available at IGS.
