[IGSSTATION-7468] AMC4 data publication

Dear Colleagues,

AMC4 data publication from Septentrio receiver has resumed starting 2018-11-28. Please note that while we are evaluating the absolute calibration values provided by U.S. Naval Observatory, the data being published has no calibration applied.

IGS will be notified when new calibration values are available and applied. Old data will also be reprocessed and resubmitted to IGS at that time.

AMC4 sitelog has been updated and is available at IGS.
