[IGSSTATION-7467] OP71: abnormal issue with the receiver.

Dear IGS Colleagues,

For a little more than one week, LNE-SYRTE in Observatoire de Paris (OP) is experiencing some issue with the Septentrio PolaRx4 TR receiver of the OP71 station.
From different tests we made, we can state that the GPS data might be corrupted part of the day since MJD 58444 / DOY 326. We are still investigating in order to try to understand what is happening, but we would advise any user to be careful when using OP71 GPS data until further notice.
