[IGSSTATION-7439] MQZG00NZL - Trimble NetR9 receiver change

Dear colleagues,

The GNSS receiver at MQZG (Christchurch, New Zealand) was faulty and has been replaced today.

Real time streaming and 30s data flow is now resumed.

Due to that fault, no data have been recorded from 2018/289 to 2018/291.

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
