[IGSSTATION-7423] SCOR: Correction to RINEX Header

Dear Colleagues



An error in the RINEX header for SCOR has been corrected for files from 2017 DOY 194 through 2018 DOY 100, and the corrected files has been uploaded CDDIS.



The error was a wrong receiver type (JAVAD TRE_G3TH SIGMA) whereas the correct type is 'JAVAD TRE_G3T SIGMA' (without 'H').

The sitelog has been updated with the correct information.
