[IGSSTATION-7422] QAQ1: Correction to RINEX Header

Dear Colleagues

An error in the RINEX header for QAQ1 has been corrected for files from 2014 DOY 279 through 2018 DOY 249, and the corrected files is being uploaded CDDIS.

The error was a wrong receiver type (JAVAD TRE_G3TH SIGMA) whereas the correct type is 'JAVAD TRE_G3T SIGMA' (without 'H'), and the sitelog has been updated with the correct information.
