[IGSSTATION-7401] BAIE- Position Anomaly DOY 223- 227

Dear Colleagues,

A foreign object was found on the BAIE antenna which caused a disruption in the antenna phase center during the period of August 11 (223) to August 15 (227).  Data for this period should be treated as unreliable.
