[IGSSTATION-7400] LAMA station down since 5th August 2018

Dear all,

I write this message as a new LAMA station administrator. First of all 
thank you for your patience.
We have suffered a major hardware failure on Monday 5th August and have 
been working hard on restoring the station since then.

Hopefully we would be able to make LAMA work in a matter of days.
