[IGSSTATION-7292] COSO: receiver swap

Dear Colleagues,

The Coso Junction (COSO) IGS station recently had a new receiver installed.  The old receiver was dead upon arrival so there is a data gap from March 2015 until March 30, 2018 when a replacement receiver was installed.  Here are the details of the new receiver:
