[IGSSTATION-7274] Station GMSD data

Dear colleagues,

The receiver firmware has just been upgraded to 5.22 at station GMSD on 2018-03-12 around 05:47UT.
Currently I am in the process of confirming our new site log with IGS CB. I will inform again after the site log update is completed.

During the updated process, I was forgotten to update Receiver Configuration. Therefore, the header information in GMSD RINEX observation data from 9 o'clock on March 09 to 0 o'clock on March 13 is INCORRECT as follows.
