Good Morning Mailing List Subscribers,

Please take note of the most recent changes.  We  have decommissioned the
igscb.jpl.nasa.gov domain.

all @igscb.jpl.nasa.gov mailing lists address have changed to @lists.igs.org
.

ex.  igsmail at igscb.jpl.nasa.gov will not work but igsmail at lists.igs.org
will.  Please look at igs.org/mail/ to access all mailing list interfaces.
