[IGSSTATION-7182] GOPE: power outage - no data 17:292P-17:298G

Due to power outage (UPS source break also) and on-site computer error the 
GOP6 station doesn't provide data from 17:292 hour P till 17:298 hour G. 
The data are permanently lost.
