[IGSSTATION-7159] MIKL: firmware upgraded

Dear colleagues,

On 10-OCT-2017 19:30 UTC the LEICA GR10 receiver firmware on the station MIKL (Mykolaiv, Ukraine) was changed from version 3.03/6.214 to version 4.11/6.523.
The observations of the GALILEO satellites were added on 10-OCT-2017 19:32 UTC.

An updated sitelog has been submitted to IGS CB.
