[IGSSTATION-7158] MDO1 antenna cable change

[Shakhbandaryan, Tatevik C (335S-Affiliate)]

Dear Colleagues,

MDO1's (at the McDonald Observatory near Fort Davis, Texas) antenna cable was removed on 2017-09-27T00:00Z. A new cable (Times Microwave LMR 600, ~150ft) got re-routed and installed around 00:30Z. An updated sitelog is available at IGSCB.
