[IGSSTATION-7142] STJO- Receiver Changed 2017-09-29

Dear Colleagues,

Due to a hardware issue at station STJO, the GNSS receiver was changed on 2017-09-29 at ~13:58ut to a TPS NET-G3A.

An updated site log will be submitted to the IGSCB shortly.
