[IGSSTATION-7140] TSK2, AIRA, CCJ2 realtime data streams interrupted

Dear colleagues, 

Realtime data streams from the following three Japanese IGS stations were interrupted 
due to a hang-up of the server for RTCM conversion 
from September 29 (Fri) 12:28UT to 14:13UT. 

IGS station: TSK2, AIRA, CCJ2

Unfortunately the server hang-up occurred at night, so its recovery was delayed.
