[IGSSTATION-7099] SNI1: antenna swap

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS has changed the antenna at the San Nicholas Island (SNI1) IGS station.  The old antenna ASH701945B_M was replaced with a TPSCR.G3.  An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB.  The RINEX data for DOY 221 will be re-sent to the IGS Global Data Centers to correct the RINEX headers.  This station is maintained and operated by the USGS.
