[IGSSTATION-7005] ZIM3: receiver firmware changed (5.20 -> 5.22), combined daily navigation file

Dear colleagues,

Today, Apr 11, 2017 (12:44 UTC), the firmware of the NetR9 receiver was changed from 5.20 to 5.22.
Station logs were updated at the IGS CB.

Additionally, a combined navigation file (P file Rinex2 / MN file RINEX3) is submitted to the various data centers.
