[IGSSTATION-7004] ZIMM: receiver firmware changed (5.10 -> 5.22), Data upload to BEV DC

Dear colleagues,

Today, April 11, 2017 (12:05 UTC), the firmware of the NetR9 receiver was changed from 5.10 to 5.22.
Various bugs in version 5.20 could be eliminated.

Station logs were updated at EPN and IGS CB.

>From now on, data (RINEX2 and RINEX3) are submitted to the new EPN regional data center BEV (Vienna).
