[IGSSTATION-6976] H-Maser failure at HERS

Dear colleagues,

We have suffered a failure of our Active Maser over the weekend (03:50 on 12/03). The receiver has now been reset on internal settings. We are seeking assistance from the manufacturer and will switch back to Maser signals as soon as a fix can been applied.
