[IGSSTATION-6781] Receiver change at MEDI station

Please be adviced that on DOY 2016/245 the receiver and antenna have 
been changed on MEDI (Medicina, Italy) station.
The GPS only Trimble 4000 reciver and antenna have been replaced by 
Leica GNSS GR10 acquiring GPS+GLO+GAL+BDS+SBAS and AR20 antenna.

Updated sitelog will be sent to EUREF/IGS very soon.
