[IGSSTATION-6780] KUUJ: Network Outage Beginning 2016-08-03 ~21:45ut

Dear Colleagues,

A network outage at station KUUJ began on 2016-08-03 at ~21:45ut.  We continue to work on resolving this issue and hopefully we will resolve it soon.  At this time we do not expect a loss of data from the station.
