[IGSSTATION-6484] RDSD: firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The receiver firmware at the Santo Domingo IGS station (RDSD) was upgraded to 5.10 today.

     Satellite System         : GPS+GLO+GAL+SBAS
     Serial Number            : 5213K83707
     Firmware Version         : 5.10
     Elevation Cutoff Setting : 0 deg
     Date Installed           : 2016-01-14T13:36Z
     Date Removed             : CCYY-MM-DDThh:mmZ
     Temperature Stabiliz.    : 
     Additional Information   : also tracking BDS, but not in RINEX2 


The IGS site log has been updated.
