[IGSSTATION-6483] GOP6: missing data 013E-L and 014D-M

Due to receiver's operation stoped the data from 2016:013-hour E to hour L 
and from 2016:014 hour D to hour M are missing. The daily files from DOY 
008 to 012 are also partially.
