The firmware at the IGS station TOW2 was upgraded at 2015-11-20T00:00Z.

     Firmware Version         : 2.9.1-patch1
     Elevation Cutoff Setting : 0 deg
     Date Installed           : 2015-11-20T00:00Z
     Date Removed             : CCYY-MM-DDThh:mmZ
     Temperature Stabiliz.    : none
     Additional Information   : Firmware update only

The firmware fixes a bug that was causing problems with the RTCM 3.1 stream.

An updated station log file has been submitted to IGSCB and is available from the GA FTP Server.
