[IGSSTATION-6404] HOLP, ROCK, SNI1, SPK1, TORP, UCLP, WLSN firmware updates

Dear Colleagues,

The USGS upgraded the firmware on the receivers for Hollydale (HOLP), Rocketdyne (ROCK), San Nicholas Island (SNI1), Fire Camp-8 (SPK1), Torrance Airport (TORP), UCLA (UCLP), Mt Wilson (WLSN) to 4.5 Dec,29,2014.  Updated site logs have been submitted to the IGSCB.  These stations are maintained and operated by the USGS.
