[IGSSTATION-6299] IQQE receiver change and firmware change

Dear Colleagues,

The TRIMBLE NETRS receiver at station IQQE in Iquique, Chile was changed to a different
TRIMBLE NETRS on 03 June 2015 at 14:45 UTC. The new receiver also has a newer version of
the firmware.

The old TRIMBLE NETRS had serial # 4422234395 and firmware 1.3-1
The new TRIMBLE NETRS has serial # 4811148282 and firmware 1.3-2

An updated site log is now at IGS. The existing RINEX files already properly show the change.
