[IGSSTATION-6298] ANTC firmware upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The firmware of the Trimble NETR9 receiver at station ANTC in Antuco, Chile was upgraded from
4.81 to 4.85 on 10 April 2015 at 14:55 UTC . An updated site log is now at IGS. The existing RINEX files
already properly show the change.
