[IGSSTATION-6274] VALP being decommissioned

Dear Colleagues,

As a result of the severe damage to the antenna tower at station VALP in Valparaiso, Chile
on 08 August 2015 due to large storm waves, we have decided to decommission the station.
An updated site log is being sent to IGSCB . Photos of the damage have also been submitted.

When the receiver has been recovered I expect more data from the period 29 July to 08 August
to become available.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
