[IGSSTATION-6211] ZIMM: receiver firmware changed (4.85 -> 5.01), GPS L5 tracking

Dear colleagues,

Today, June 19, 2015 (6:30 UTC), the firmware of the NetR9 receiver was changed from 4.85 to 5.01 (leap second compatibility).
We also changed the tracking of GPS L5 from Q to Q+I tracking (bug in version 4.85 resulting in high multipath on high elevation angles in combination with a GNSS chokering antenna when selecting Q+I tracking. Fine for Q tracking).
Station logs were updated at EPN and IGS CB.
