[IGSSTATION-6153] ZIM2: receiver changed (NetR5 -> NetR9)

Dear colleagues,

Today, April 27, 2015 (9:00 UTC), the NetR5 receiver was replaced by an NetR9 receiver. Nevertheless, due to the usage for the Swiss Positioning System (swipos), the RINEX files will contain only GPS+GLO data.
Furthermore, the RINEX2.11 files are no longer generated by the GPSBASE program, but directly generated by the receiver. RINEX3.02 files are stemming also from the receiver and are no longer converted via the ComvertToRinex program.
Station logs were updated at EPN and IGS CB.
