[IGSSTATION-6152] ZIMM: receiver changed (NetRS -> NetR9)

Dear colleagues,

Today, April 27, 2015 (7:15 UTC), the NetRS receiver was replaced by an NetR9 receiver. Nevertheless, due to the unchanged antenna, the RINEX files will contain only GPS data.
Furthermore, the RINEX files are no longer generated by the GPSBASE program, but directly generated by the receiver.
Station logs were updated at EPN and IGS CB.
