[IGSSTATION-5992] ROTH firmware and site log updated

Subject: ROTH firmware and site log updated

Recently (7 October), the firmware of the Leica GRX1200 receiver at ROTH was updated to the latest version 8.71 / V6.112.  There was a short data outage during and after this operation.  Thanks to Matt King and BAS station staff for facilitating the change.

The site log roth_20141007.log has been updated to take account of this and to achieve better compliance with the new IGS log-checking system.
