[IGSSTATION-5991] PALV - receiver replaced

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the JPS EGGDT receiver at the Palmer Station, Antarctica(PALV) was replaced with JAVAD TRE_G3TH DELTA. Data  publication from the new receiver will commence shortly.

The updated site log has been submitted to IGSCB for publication.

Maintenance and operations of the PALM station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL and UNAVCO with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
