[IGSSTATION-5853] EPRT new Receiver and Antenna

Dear Colleagues,
 EPRT has had a new antenna (ASH710945E_M SCIS) and receiver (SEPT
POLARX4) installed. Data should start flowing shortly. New log file has
been submitted to the IGSCB.
