[IGSSTATION-5852] SCH2: dataflow resumed

The antenna cable at NRCan station sch2 was repaired today (14jun30) @ approximately 19h GMT.  The receiver has resumed tracking and the dataflow will be resumed as soon as the data quality is confirmed.  Unfortunately there is a permanent data gap between 14may17 and 14jun30.  We apologize for this extended data outage.
