[IGSSTATION-5784] STJO: Receiver Change Today

The Javad GNSS receiver at station STJO will be changed to another Javad GNSS receiver today at ~19:00ut.  Details of the change will be provided in a future e-mail.

A data outage will occur due to this receiver change.
